USER AGREEMENT FOR THE CONFERENCE NETWORKING TOOL
Please take a moment to read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Techritory forum networking tool/platform (“Platform”).
By clicking the “I Agree” button or by accessing or using the Platform, you are confirming that you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not click the “I Agree” button or use the Platform.
LICENCE TO USE THE PLATFORM
We (event organisers) grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes and only as outlined in this Agreement.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The networking app is provided exclusively to registered conference participants for the purpose of facilitating 1-to-1 professional exchanges before, during, and immediately after the event. Access is limited to the period starting one month before the conference and ending 2 weeks after.
Participants should use the platform to:
- Connect with other attendees for professional networking related to the event.
- Arrange and conduct meetings in a respectful and relevant manner.
- Refrain from any use unrelated to the conference, including promotion, solicitation, or personal outreach beyond its intended scope.
You are expected to use the platform respectfully and responsibly. This means:
- No spam: Don’t send unsolicited or irrelevant messages (commercial or otherwise) to other users.
- No misuse: Avoid any illegal activity or anything that disrupts the experience for others.
We reserve the right to suspend or block your access to the Platform if we detect any misuse or unauthorised behaviour. Serious breaches may also be reported to the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
This Agreement incorporates by reference all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and guidelines of the Platform, including event organisers’ Terms and Conditions. Terms not defined in this Agreement are defined in the Terms and Conditions.
